The Best Workout in Georgia and the Best Deal in Georgia!!
We offer a 3 day a week Boot Camp at 6:00am and 9:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday. We do not cancel because of inclement weather or move to another location. It is held at our facility, rain or shine, cold or hot. We do go outside and conduct intensive exercises but we also enjoy indoor climate controlled luxury.
Other locations will cost you from 10 to 20 dollars per hour – our cost is around $2 per hour for the same participation level and our results have been amazing.
"What do we do?" No class is totally the same. We do pushups, squats, lunges, and intense ab work. We will incorporate sprints, short jogs, and a variety of sports-specific drills using cones, agility rings, ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, jump ropes, resistance bands and exercise games. Our boot camp will work the upper body, lower body, core strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Read about our success stories at our website.
What to expect
You can expect a combination of plyometric, agility and weight bearing exercises.
It is hard, you will sweat, you will need water – you will build muscle – you will lose fat and your conditioning will improve significantly.
Body Tone
EXTREME BODYTONE - Full body workout with weights consisting of compound exercises and movements while also isolating specific muscle groups.
TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS-12:00pm/SATURDAYS-8:30am
(Tuesday 12pm class is a "Weight Training" class consisting of circuits done using weight machines for a full body workout)
EXTREME UPPER BODY - Circuit style workout targeting all upper body muscles (chest, triceps, back, biceps and shoulders)
MONDAYS-6:00pm
EXTREME LOWER BODY - One hour of specific toning exercises targeting the glutes, legs, abdominals and core muscles.
WEDNESDAYS-6:00pm
Abs Blast
An intense 30 minute all around core workout to tone and strengthen your midsection
WEDNESDAYS-5:30pm-6:00pm
