We utilize immediate Bio-feed back/ Calorie Burn Output monitors, Extreme Sports Nutrition combined with a high standard of teamwork and individual conditioning drills from highly experienced instructors from the ranks of US Army Airborne Rangers and other Special Warfare Operations Personnel.
