This class uses a mixture of explosive exercises, resistance bands, dumbell complexes as well as bag work, focus mitt drills and mma style conditioning drills for an all around conditioning workout that will get you in fighting shape!

Kettlebell BLAST

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 6:30pm-7:00pm


Learn proper technique and application of one of the best training tools used around the world, the kettlebell.  30 minutes is all you need for an all around strength, core, and all around conditioning workout.  The kettlebell will have you using muscles you didn't even know you had!
