Auburn Hemsley
When Auburn joined KBX Gym back in February she was training for a half marathon and had hit a plateau. Now, not even 6 months later she has taken a minute and half off of her mile time! Auburn has been mixing up her workouts by taking cardio kickboxing and boxing classes, bodytoning, bootcamps, the ab blast as well as mma conditioning. In addition to her decreased mile time, she has lost almost 30lbs! She not only feels great, she looks great! Great job Auburn, we are all very proud.
