Member Body Challenge meeting 1/23/10

Week 4 of the Body Challenge is here, we have reached the half-way point!  All the challengers are doing exceptionally well and are already seeign trendous results in weight loss, muscle gain and overall good health.

In the lead so far is Eldon Miller who has lost a total of 12.8lbs in the last 3 weeks!  Great job to everyone, keep up all the hard work!

Member Body Challenge

The holidays have been great, but now it is time to get back in the gym and get back in shape.  Kick your New Year's resolutions into gear by signing up for KBX's "Biggest Loser" member Body Challenge.    If you have an extra 10-20lbs or more to lose then this intense 8 week program is just what you need to get your goals started.  With a mix of cardio, weight training and diet you will get the results you are looking for and keep them!  Sign up today, only the first 12 people to register will be accepted to  the program.  The competitor with the best overall results at the end of the 8 weeks will receive a cash prize!  Only SERIOUS applicants need apply.  If you are interested in competing in this body Challeng you MUST be cleared by Marshell FIRST.

January: Bring a Buddy Month

Bring a buddy to sign up in the month of January and you will receive a free month when you renew your membership!  Your buddy will also receive a free month when they sign up for any class membership.
